Ingredients

2 large ripe mangoes

½ cup + 1 TBSP (1 small container) plain yogurt, 3% fat*

2 TBSP pure maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into large chunks.
  2. Place the mango, yogurt, and maple syrup in a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (silicone molds work best for easy release).
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever you need a refreshing treat.
