Instructions
- Cut dates very fine and soak in boiling water with a pinch of baking soda, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease a 5x9-inch (12.7x23-cm) foil pan with butter.
- Combine honey and softened butter, add other ingredients, and mix in food processor or mixer.
- Pour into pan and bake 45 minutes.
- Cool on rack and freeze.
- Cut into squares of desired size. This will make a very fudge like texture.
