60 ml tomato sauce

1 TBSP (15 ml) oil

½ tsp (2.5 ml) basil
1 TBSP (15 ml) chopped green pepper

- Mix all ingredients and pat into a 9-inch (23-cm) square pan.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut into squares. Can eat in lieu of burgers.
