2 or 3 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
¾ cup tomato juice
2 TBSP minced garlic (or 7 cloves)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup (or more) frozen green beans

Instructions
- In a large (2 quart [2 liter]) pot, place the onions, garlic, ground beef, and water and brown the ground beef on medium to high heat.
- Add just enough water to keep from burning while you are browning the beef.
- Once the meat is completely done, add the green beans, tomato juice, and tomatoes.
- Simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. Simmer until the green beans are tender.
