Instructions
- Put the sundried tomatoes in warm water for about 10-15 minutes.
- Take the hard stems out of the parsley.
- Put parsley in a blender or processor and keep adding the oil while blending.
- Add 3 cloves or less of garlic and sun dried tomatoes.
- Add some grated cheese and some pine nuts (small handful).
- Mix in salt and pepper to taste. It should be a fairly thick paste, but smooth.
- If not smooth add more olive oil.
