Instructions
- Combine salt and butter in large bowl.
- Add eggs, Farmer's cheese, chilies, pimiento, and cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10x6x2-inch (25.4x15.2x5-cm) baking dish.
- Garnish casserole with green pepper.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
