⅔ cup applesauce
1 cup raisins
½ cup honey
1 cup almond flour
¼ tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
¼ tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch (22.9x33-cm) pan.
- Soak raisins in hot water to plump, and drain them.
- Mix first five ingredients.
- Beat eggs and stir in oil.
- Combine egg mixture with carrot mixture.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix with everything else.
- Pour in greased pan and bake for about an hour.
