2 mangos

ginger (1/2 the amount of onion), ground

Instructions
- Slice the chicken in small pieces or leave large.
- Sauté the chicken in butter and remove it.
- Sauté the finely sliced onion, ground ginger, and mango until onion is soft.
- Add some pineapple juice and water and a handful of raisins and simmer for few minutes.
- Add the chicken back in the pot.
- Simmer for few more minutes until the raisins are plump.
