1½ large heads romaine lettuce, torn
½ pound mandarin oranges, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, sliced

ingredients
⅔ cup olive oil
⅓ cup orange juice
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic
1½ TBSP orange peel, grated
1½ tsp basil
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp salt
pepper to taste

158 ml olive oil
79 ml orange juice
2 TBSP (30 ml) red wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic
1½ TBSP (22 ml) orange peel, grated
1½ tsp (7.5 ml) basil
1 tsp (5 ml) honey
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt
pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and toss lightly.
