Ingredients
1 cup Organic 1% Fat Kefir
1/2 Medium Sized Mango
1 1/2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cardamom
2-3 pcs Ice
Optional: mango slices

1/2 Medium Sized Mango
1 1/2 TBSP (22.5 ml) Chia Seeds
1 tsp (5 ml) Honey
1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Turmeric
1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Black Pepper
1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Cardamom
2-3 pcs Ice
Optional: mango slices

Instructions
- To a blender, add kefir, chia seeds, mango, honey, turmeric, black pepper and cardamon, along with 2-3 cubes of ice.
- Blend thoroughly and serve.
- Optional: Top with mango slices.
