Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until well incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C for about 40 min

- Allow to cool before slicing.
