1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
½ tsp (5 ml) paprika
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
 - Coat oven-safe cast iron skillet or griddle with a light coating of oil.
 - Place skillet or griddle over burner on medium-high.
 - Combine all seasonings in a small dish and stir until evenly mixed.
 - Sprinkle seasonings evenly over both sides of pork chops.
 - Place pork chops in cast iron skillet or griddle when it is hot.
 - Let brown for 1 minute and then flip.
 - Let the other side brown for 1 minute, then transfer skillet/griddle to oven.
 - Bake in oven for 8 minutes, flipping pork chops after 4 minutes. Ensure internal temp is at least 145°F (63°C).
