Ingredients
1½ pounds fresh skinless chicken breast
1 TBSP canola oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

1 TBSP (15 ml) canola oil
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
½ tsp (2.5 ml) black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) baking dish.
- Drizzle oil over the chicken and turn to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
