Instructions
- Place the beef or turkey in the bottom of a skillet, break up into large clumps and turn the heat to medium.
- Cook the meat for 10-15 minutes, breaking up the large clumps, until it is cooked through.
- Add the water and spices to the meat and stir to combine.
- Simmer until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
